- Food-Grade Materials: The inner liner of this KitchenAid mixer attachment is made of rust-free aluminum alloy, and the plastic shell is PVC—both food-grade materials that ensure no leakage or breakage even with long-term use; important note: do not use metal spatulas or utensils to scoop ice cream, as this will damage the inside of the freezer bowl.
