The Licus Finance GmbH was founded in 2024 - but is based on the long-standing expertise of a well-established team that has been successfully structuring and arranging capital for property projects for many years. As an independent financing partner, we open doors to customised solutions and are only remunerated once you have received your capital.

With sound experience from numerous financing projects, we know exactly what banks and alternative lenders value when evaluating property projects - and prepare your enquiry professionally and accurately, taking your requirements into account.

Whether it's portfolio financing, project development, the release of tied-up equity or fix & flip, we find a solution for everything.

Based on our many years of experience, we analyse every project carefully and at our own expense. This enables us to specifically assess which capital providers are suitable for your financing - and pave the way for you. Together with you, we negotiate with banks and lenders on your behalf to achieve the best result and viable financing for your project. A single financing component is often not enough - especially for larger projects, we combine bank loans with bridge or mezzanine financing. In certain constellations, we actively participate in the project. In doing so, we draw on an international network of over 450 banks and alternative capital providers.

Thanks to our market intuition and professional analyses, we were able to open up access to financing in the hundreds of millions for our clients. In total, our support has helped realise real estate projects with a total volume of over 4 billion euros.
